Laying Foundation Stone for No 1 Hydro House

Sir Iain Lindsay was the architect who designed the houses. The coins of the relm were put in a jar, and placed in the wall of the foundations. The head mason was Archie McVicar, and it was the Ardkinglas Estate builders And joiners who built them.
